Paramount Custom Homes’ privacy statement demonstrates our ongoing commitment to your privacy. The following information outlines how the information we collect from Users is disseminated and/or stored. In addition, we also describe how our site security works.
Secured Areas Within Site:
Our website supports the latest SSL certificate authentication for all pages that require personal details as related to registering and viewing information within the Client Center. In addition, all said pages are encrypted using high-grade encryption (AES-256 256 bit).
The identity of our website is verified by Equifax Secure Inc., an industry leading certificate authority.
Depending on your browser, all of this information can be verified by left clicking on the lock (bottom-right corner on IE, Firefox, etc.) that is present when you are on a secured and encrypted page.
What We Collect:
We collect personal information from those Users who have elected to register for our Client Center, submit form/e-mail correspondence, IP Addresses, "cookies", and credit card information for store purchases. None of this collected information is EVER sold to any third-parties and is solely used by Paramount Custom Homes and is stored offline.
What are cookies and IP Addresses and how does Paramount Custom Homes Use Them?
A "cookie" is a small piece of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. At Paramount Custom Homes, we place a unique identifier in the cookies that connects your browser with the information we store for you in our offline database. If you elect to turn your "cookies" off, you won't have access to many Site features that make your Web experience more efficient.
IP Address - When your web browser or E-mail application requests a web page or E-mail from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where it should send the information. This is called your computer's "IP address." (IP stands for "Internet protocol.")
Children's Privacy Statement:
Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "personal information" is defined as individually identifiable information such as a first and last name, a home or other physical address including street name and city or town, an e-mail address, a telephone number, a Social Security number, or persistent identifiers such as customer or processor serial numbers held in a cookie, where the identifier is associated with individually identifiable information. Paramount Custom Homes does not knowingly collect personal information, as defined under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
